You are requested to provide correct information during booking process. Travel Dayz cannot be held responsible for any delays or costs arising from your failure to provide us with correct booking information.
Mere filling up and submitting of the Booking Form does not constitute confirmation or acceptance of booking for the trip. Our customer service representative will contact you on the number provided and confirm the booking. Once the booking is accepted, you shall receive a confirmation message that will include Vehicle Number and Driver's Contact Number.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle requested allows enough comfort and space for the volume of passengers and items of luggage you may have. You must order a suitable cab size for the number of passengers and luggage. Travel Dayz cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage.
Booking should be made at-least 1 hour in advance for local trips and 24 hours in advance for outstation/ long-distance trips.
The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
It is your responsibility to ensure that enough time is allowed for the taxi cab to reach you from our garage and for the journey to be undertaken. Travel Dayz cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays to the journey due to traffic conditions, travel restrictions, non-availability of vehicles, weather or any other circumstances beyond our control or if passengers are not ready at the time of collection.
You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for Long-distance / Outstation journeys. If a trip is shortened / cancelled during multi-day journey, charges will be calculated based on the tariff structure of the class of vehicle for distance covered / time taken up until point of trip shortening / cancellation and distance covered / time taken for return of the cab to our garage, even though the customer may not accompany the cab for the return journey.
For trips within city limits, no cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made prior to vehicle leaving our garage. If the vehicle has already been dispatched when the cancellation request is made, then a minimum charge will be payable.
The driver will wait for the customer on the travel date for not more than 30 minutes from his pick up time unless the customer informs the driver of the delay. After 30 minutes the booking will be considered as a case of no show.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the expected time of arrival/ departure is correct and that the correct terminal has been given. Travel Dayz shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time. We cannot be held responsible if the flight is delayed or arrives early and it is your responsibility to call ahead and inform us. You will still be responsible for payment of the journey unless you have contacted our office in advance.
Any information sent by Travel Dayz will be sent only to the mobile numbers/e-mail ids registered on the website or provided over the phone during booking process. Travel Dayz will not be responsible for any change in the mobile number/e-mail IDs which have not been updated on the website by the customer.
Travel Dayz shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure by Travel Dayz to provide a taxi to the Customer within any stipulated time.
Travel Dayz has the right to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of extenuating circumstances beyond our control such as hartals / bandhs, riots, national emergency or natural disasters.
Rates are calculated based on Mileage (Kilometres Travelled x Per Kilometre Rate) or Hours Engaged (Total Hours x Hourly Rate) - whichever is higher. Mileage run shall be calculated from our garage (Vyttila) and back. Minimum Charges are applicable for all class of vehicle. Kilometre / Hourly charges applicable only after Minimum Kilometres/ Hours are covered.
Toll Charges, Parking Fees, Entry Fees / Inter-State Permit (for journey outside state border) or any other such levies will be payable by the customer. Driver Bata/ Night Halt applicable for overnight trips or if journey ends after Midnight (12 AM).
You will be held responsible for the behaviour of each passenger in the vehicle during the journey and any losses, expenses, costs or damages caused by the actions of passengers. Travel Dayz has the unconditional right to terminate or refuse any booking with immediate effect when it places the driver at risk of abuse, violence or damage by either you or any passenger for whom you are responsible. No refunds will be given under any circumstances if the journey is terminated in this respect part way through the hire.
Customers should take full responsibility of his/her items while travelling. In case of lost items inside the Cabs during the journey, Travel Dayz will try to locate the items but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same. If the Customer leaves any goods in the taxi, the Customer has to inform Travel Dayz of the same in writing within 24hours of using the taxi.
In the event of vehicle breakdown, Travel Dayz will endeavour to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as is practical and get you to your destination. Travel Dayz will not be held responsible for any losses, costs, expenses or damages resulting to you from the breakdown of a vehicle.
We are permitted by law to carry only passengers as allowed by the licence and insurance. Your journey will be refused if passengers are in excess of the allowance.
All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
Vehicle usage is limited to 10-12hrs per day including waiting. For safety reasons and to avoid driver fatigue vehicle usage is restricted between 11:00 PM and 6 AM for long-distance trips that extend beyond the day.
Smoking, chewing tobacco and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the cabs.
